Then, the monitor unveils projects for Skolkovo, the so-called Russian Silicon Valley, anticipating buildings and development plans by David Chipperfield, OMA, Herzog & De Meuron, Stefano Boeri Architetti and Bernaskoni Architecture Bureau.
